slow serviceold equipment

the service was slow i waited ages at the restaurant just to order then even longer for the drinks the pool service was just as bad it took forever for someone to even notice us and the lime sodas tasted artificial i think the telephones in the room didn't work well either it seemed like using ancient military equipment and the staff seemed to struggle to understand simple requests the gym was subpar too the equipment seemed old and not very clean pigeons were everywhere , made it seem unhygienic

the hotel rooms were very clean. my ocean room had awesome views of the ocean and sunsets every night. the room had a seperate rainfall shower and a jacuzzi tub, i loved it.

the service was consistently slow, i waited around 15 minutes to order drinks at the restaurant.

the service proved inconsistent. breakfast was somewhat underwhelming, lacking variety i had hoped for. the advertised kids menu did not exist and the bathrooms showed wear, with exposed jacuzzi electrics causing some worry. overall, the visit did not match expectations set by previous stays i've had.
